Ok, so I know how important healthy meals and recipes are to us all but, since I’m not the best cook (working on it!), I’ve compiled a list of the best recipes for weight loss that I’ve found. Many of these recipes are packed with protein and have low carbs to keep you full longer, while simultaneously satisfying your hunger.
Obviously, eating these meals alone aren’t going to make you lose weight but they’ll serve as some great replacements for those higher calorie foods we tend to eat through out the day. It is loaded with healthy vegetables and are given the option of the kind of protein-filled foods you want to add to it. Most-importantly, it’s a very low calorie soup that tastes amazing. Let me warn you that there are a lot of ingredients in this one, but it is all worth it!

Amazing full-flavored recipe for any diet! This is one of the best and healthiest salad recipes I’ve ever tried. It’s low on the carbs, packed with protein, and easily satisfies your hunger. The avocados mixed with the chilli lime chicken really is the perfect combination and is one recipe you definitely need to try for yourself 🙂
